Commercial real estate intelligence everywhere you operate
RealStar puts property records, listings, tenants, ownership, public record, lending, comparables and market analytics in one workspace — over a map that carries the land, zoning, flood and infrastructure layers a real decision actually turns on.
Free to create. No password — a passkey or an emailed code. Basic listings are free and permanent.

One workspace
Twelve modules, one dataset, no stitching
Most teams run a listings product, an analytics product and a records product, then spend their week reconciling the three. RealStar is one dataset with twelve views onto it, so a rent on a listing page is the same rent in the market series and the same rent an agent gets through the API.
Area, class, construction, parking, amenities, availability and ownership for every tracked building.

Satellite, hybrid, topo and street — under the layers that decide a deal
Ten basemaps and thirty-plus verified public data services, drawn from federal, state and municipal publishers. Draw a polygon, run a radius, build a drive-time isochrone or trace a corridor, and every module filters to it.

Endpoints are verified on each build; a layer that a publisher retires is replaced rather than left broken.
Inside RealStar
What the screens actually look like
No mockups. These are captures of the running application against the same dataset this site is built from.

Who it is for
Built for the people who have to be right
The same dataset answers a different question depending on which side of the table you sit.
Screen a market, build the comparable set, test the rent and cap-rate assumptions, and find the owners whose debt matures before their business plan does.
Size against real NOI and real comparables, watch the maturity schedule across your book, and reach borrowers 18 months before they have to move.
Price a listing against what actually leased, publish it to a landing page that ranks, and see which page produced each enquiry.
Verified sales with the adjustment inputs attached, lease comparables with terms, and public record on the same screen as the parcel.
Every available suite that fits, with the load factor, the concession package and the operating expense load made comparable.
Export anything, query it programmatically, and reconcile every figure back to the source it came from.
Listings
Publish free. Pay only for position.
Every listing — free ones included — gets its own permanent, indexable landing page with full structured data, and appears on the city, submarket, market, property-type and broker pages that match it. Packages buy placement, media and syndication. Nothing hides the listing itself.

For agents
Query it from Claude, an IDE, or your own agent
An MCP server exposes the same dataset the website renders — property search, comparables, market statistics, ownership, loans, deal activity, and the SEO and placement tools. A figure an agent quotes reconciles with the figure on the page, because there is only one of it.

Provenance
Every number says where it came from
CRE data is uneven by nature — county by county, registry by registry. Pretending otherwise is how people get burned. RealStarGlobal publishes what it knows, how it knows it and when it last checked.
Each figure carries what it measures, where it came from and when it was last refreshed. Where a value is absent the block is omitted rather than filled.
Registry access, refresh cadence and licence position published for 51 US jurisdictions and 26 international markets.
Property-level inventory in this build is demonstration data and every record says so. Live deal flow is marked live.
Public GIS services are checked on each build; retired layers are replaced, not left to fail silently.
Questions
Straight answers
What does it cost?
Searching RealStar is free, and publishing a Basic listing is free and permanent. Paid packages start at $129/month per listing and buy placement, media and syndication — nothing else is gated.
Where does the data come from?
Five source families: public land records, assessor and cadastral data, regulatory and statistical filings, government GIS services, and market participants. Coverage genuinely differs by jurisdiction, and the retrieval model, refresh cadence and licence position for each one is published in full rather than glossed over.
How is this different from what I already pay for?
Three things. Every figure carries its source and its refresh date. The listing marketplace and the analytics run on one dataset instead of two products stitched together. And the whole thing is queryable by an agent through MCP, not just by a person through a screen.
Is coverage really international?
Deal activity, leasing events and development signals are live across 34 countries. Parcel-level records depend on each registry — which is documented per market.
Can I get the data out?
Yes. Export any view, pull a partner feed, or connect the MCP server and query it directly. There is no export paywall.

Public land records, assessor and cadastral data, regulatory and statistical filings, government GIS services, and market participants. Coverage genuinely differs by jurisdiction and the retrieval model, refresh cadence and licence position for each is published in the data sourcing plan.
How many markets are covered?
21 US markets with full property-level inventory — 1,095 buildings and 367,983,800 SF — plus live deal activity across 34 countries.
Can I query it programmatically?
Yes. An MCP server exposes the same dataset the website renders, so a figure an agent quotes reconciles with the figure on the page.
Do free listings get a real page?
Yes. Every listing, free or paid, gets a permanent indexable landing page with schema.org RealEstateListing and Offer markup and enters the sitemap on the next build. Packages change placement, not existence.
